Indoor Koi Pond in Hawaii Update 3

This 2000 gallon koi pond with 4” bottom drain and a bead filter currently only has four koi, with two more to be added soon. There's a skimmer and a waterfall return, and the pond is four foot deep at the drain with gradually sloping sides. The side wall is two feet above ground level.

Pair of Captive Bred Hawaiian Flame Angelfish

These two young captive bred Hawaiian Flame Angelfish from Biota Hawaii were just introduced into their nursery four days ago, and are just getting acclimated to their temporary home, a 10 gallon setup. Captive bred fish were previously available from a private breeder, the late Syd Kraul in Kona on the Big Island. These fish are now being produced in a commercial facility in Waimanalo on Oahu.

That is a gross farm raised Atlantic salmon, as a 30+ yr commercial fisherman I'm shocked hawaiians like salmon so much considering it's not found anywhere near hawaii 😂😂

I thought the minimum tank size was 55 gallons for 4/5 of them, are they very young fish? They seem fine in there. They are beautiful!
